Who We Are

ARC Services has been operating since 2009. Previous owners Glyn, David, and current director Joe, have all taken great pride in developing the business, the services it provides, the attitude of our staff and the standard of the work they perform.

We have grown from a two-man operation to a large team, at the same time increasing our capabilities, knowledge and equipment.

We now perform end-of-build cleans for large developers, small building companies and private home owners across Sydney.

We also look after a varied portfolio of strata properties across the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, and perform high-end domestic cleans on a regular basis, as well as all the ins and outs that come with weekly real-estate work, from end-of-lease cleaning to pressure-washing and high window cleaning. We even do garden clearances, mainly because we can (and we do them well) but also because it gets us out in the sun!

Our business is based on good relationships with our customers, who refer us to their partners, associates, friends, family and colleagues, simply because they trust us to fully understand the requirements of every job, produce a superb result and charge a fair price.
