We pressure-washed and soft-washed almost the entirety of this large strata property near Hunters Hill. The block walls were very dirty and the Executive Commitee for quite some time had been receiving comments that the various buildings’ façades were in need of some love and attention.
As well as cleaning the walls around the property, we also soft-washed the overhang above the visitor car park, which was dirty and full of cobwebs. We also pressure-washed the external staircases and pole-washed the balustrade glass above. Finally, there was a spot of graffiti removal in the rear car park, which came off easily. The building now looks a lot less jaded and more in-keeping with the high standard maintained by its neighbours.
